CoolPoly thermally conductive injection molding grade thermoplastics are well suited for encapsulation of heating elements and heater assembly components. Encapsulation with conventional plastic provides environmental resistance but insulates the heat resulting in wasted energy, higher operating temperatures, and shorter lifetime. Thermally conductive plastics efficiently transfer the thermal energy while maintaining electrical isolation and environmental resistance.

CoolPoly thermally conductive plastics are used to encapsulate or fabricate heater components used in consumer, medical, recreation, food and industrial heating applications.
