CoolPoly thermally conductive injection molding grade thermoplastics are ideal for packaging thermal sensors including thermistors, RTDs and integrated circuits. Thermally conductive plastic housings provide fast response time, accurate temperature measurement, and environmental protection in harsh operating environments.

Net shape, 3-dimensional injection molding of thermally conductive plastics can integrate mechanical and other desirable features.

Thermal sensors can be directly overmolded or encapsulated with thermally conductive plastics to maximize heat transfer to the sensing device while providing protection from the operating environment.

Temperature sensors housed in CoolPoly offer benefits for temperature measurement in refrigeration, washers/dryers, HVAC, lighting, automotive, food, water, chemicals, and other challenging applications.
