CoolPoly thermally conductive injection molding grade thermoplastics are ideal for the manufacture of plastic tubing used in heat transfer applications.  Plastic tubing has many advantages in heat transfer applications including corrosion resistance but is limited by its thermal conductivity.  Thermally conductive plastic extruded into tubes or as a wire coating maintains plastics advantages and increases the heat transfer rate.

Applications include jacketing of wiring and heaters as well as fluid to fluid heat exchangers.

Thermally conductive plastic tubing molded from CoolPoly can provide:
